Café Oberstrass accepts Bitcoin as always and as prominently advertised on the entrance door: https://maps.app.goo.gl/BZLjxbZfzhWQC62Z6 but you have to ask for the manager. Their new junior employee has a vile anti-crypto attitude and keeps turning away business by wrongly claiming that they didn't accept coins or that he forgot to bring the phone with their wallet on it (depending on his mood). Just ignore, simply ask for the manager, be nice to them and perhaps provide a couple convincing arguments and they happily take your coins. Coins have become quite popular here at ETH and if Oberstrass were smart, they would advertise more widely that they are a coin-friendly venue and get way more business from both ETH and the local coin community.
They do not take bitcoin or cash, this place is now card only.
