I went to this place on 11/03/2026. They have a Square payment system. I noticed the toggle between $ and Bitcoin when flashed with total on the screen. I went ahead and chose Bitcoin option and scanned QR code with a Lightning-integrated app on my phone. It worked without issue. The lady behind the counter didn't know about this capability so workers there may be unaware that they can accept Bitcoin, but at least this one lady now does.
