Mali
Mali has a young population and a growing mobile-money market, and Bitcoin remains a small niche for savings and remittances. Bitcoin is legal, but not legal tender, and the CFA franc remains the official currency. The regional central bank, the BCEAO, has warned that crypto is not recognised, and Mali has no dedicated licensing framework, so adoption is minimal and peer-to-peer. Bamako hosts a very small Bitcoin community. Use this map to find the Malian places where you can spend sats.
